Description: Original WW2 document from the office of the Generalkommissar in Riga, Latvia. Signed by a 'parish elder', under the authorisation given to the by the Reich Commissioner for the East on 17/2/1943, it demanded a supply of 1500kg potatoes amongst other things, in order to supply the Wehrmacht and the civilian needs. There is a 30 Reichspfennig Revenue Stamp to the reverse. Please see photos for condition.
