Description: *MAGNIFICENT VINTAGE CUSTOM CIRCLE Y PARADE SILVER WESTERN HEADSTALL BRIDLE SHOW REINS* ** INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS WELCOME! MANY LOCATIONS NOW AVAILABLE ** These reins are a true treasure, such rare to find, these had to be customs by Circle Y. Maker marked Circle Y 4750 split western parade show reins with massive silver and silver bit clip ends, these are MAGNIFICENT! Coveted reins like these are so hard to come by, these have been with me nearly 20 years and I have never cross another set remotely like them. This set is in excellent condition, don't think these were used much, if at all. Bit clip ends marked ALPACA, MEXICO, not sure what the main silver is that lathers these reins but it sure does shine! Master workmanship radiates from these reins, they are outstanding. Supple dark oil hand rubbed leather that is thick, these reins are heavy, they have to weigh close to 5 to 7 lbs if I'm guessing right. Approx. 6.9 feet long, the leather is thick, and 2/3 of an inch wide. These have a wonderful feel, plus they will drape beautifully as they have some weight to them but most would hang these on a wall or add them to their collection. These reins bring back so many memories, a ton of history comes with them, I can only imagine the trails they have traveled. This set is an old school beloved classic style and rare to be found anymore. Please check out my other fine items for sale.
