Once the customer provides the necessary pictures and informs THE URBAN SOLE, we will immediately initiate a claim. A minimum of 8 pictures is necessary in order to file a claim. Once UPS/FedEx/USPS confirms that they have received the claim, THE URBAN SOLE will issue a full refund, which includes the price of the product(s), sales tax, and your full shipping cost.OTHER RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Customers are responsible for return shipping. Once items arrive, the customer will be issued a refund for the original cost of the product(s) including tax.
