Description: Offered here is an old antique 19th century book on Flowers, Wild flowers of America : flowers of every state in the American Union, 288 color plates - all present, by George Iles, Published by G. H. Buek & Co., New York, 1894; 1/4 Bound Leather over very dark blue cloth boards, raised panels on the spine [almost 1/2 lost - old cloth tape over spine in three places], extremities well rubbed. Frontis and title page lost - else complete with endpapers and ALL 288 PLATES. Approximately 12" X 8 1/2" X 1 1/8". If you sell plates, this book is perfect - not in great shape but a money maker if you are of a mind to do so.
