It was made by the Western Stoneware Company around 1915 (JIm Martin and Bette Cooper, Monmouth-Western Stoneware, pp. 76-77).This beauty features Three Blue Stripes on Each End and Strong Cobalt Stenciled Advertising in the Middle. Measures 8" long (15" long with handles) and 3" wide. Very Good Condition. No chips. No hairlines, cracks, or restoration. Wood shows some wear common with age. Tripod marks on one end from the making. Threaded handle will be removed and wrapped separately to ensure safer delivery.
