Description: WASHINGTON License Plate #AVR0110 (Avis Rental) - 1990s Death Plate!!! These car-rental agency plates were issued by Washington for a limited period in the 1990s and then discontinued after the murder of a tourist and the realization that the plates were being used to target tourists by thieves. The state went back to issuing regular car plates again for rentals. That makes these plates somewhat rare and certainly a conversation piece. This plate was #110 in the Avis Rental series.
