The cel is in great condition and has been kept as a personal collection from a vintage Looney Tunes lover. Pictures show each and every angle for you, no hidden damage. Over time the plastic on the frame has peeled off but there is absolutely no damage to the cel. I’ve still gently cleaned the frame for you.
