Description: This is a nice antique Waltham “sidewinder” open face pocket watch in good condition. The porcelain dial is in excellent condition, with no cracks. In the photos, there are some light markings where the seconds hand had rubbed on the dial, but these clean off easily. The case has light wear, but is pretty nice overall. The caseback has beautiful hand engraved details as well. The crystal is perfect. The 17 jewel movement is very clean, and currently running and keeping time. It has, on one occasion, stopped and needed a shake to get it running again, but the balance is good and at most this might need a basic cleaning & oiling. This watch has a nice feel and a great style… a good addition to any collection! Please see my other watch auctions!
