Description: Sid Harvey Brightstar flashlight and continuity tester. When I opened the flashlight it did have batteries in it expiring 2005 but they were in good condition not exploded/corroded or problematic. I did try to simply put 2 new D batteries in and see if the switch itself operated the flash light but I did not see it go on. I suspect there is a contact issue specifically I suspect it is the bulb either bad or wrong and not contacting. But I don't know this for sure, so I am listing this as parts and if you want to tinker with it, as simple of item as it is, it had dampness in the past as I can see some light rusty colors here or there but no noticeable corrosion which is good. Please review pictures and please let me know of any questions.Batteries are not included with the item.
