The upper part of the dress consists of a white translucent stretch lining fabric. The low waist is stretchy. The royal blue skirt part of the dress is pleated and crinkled. The multi-coloured geometric pattern tunic features dropped shoulder seams, shoulder pads, side slits, round neckline and 3/4 sleeves. I washed it in the machine on a hand wash, cold water with color grabber sheets. As it turned out, dry cleaning is not necessary as it says on the label. Thanks.
