Description: Presented, a pre-owned, vintage (1980's?), used, paper folder/holder (4 1/2" x 3 1/2" folded), that a new Mervyn's Department Store Credit/Charge Card was mailed in, as pictured. NOTE, LISTING DOES NOT INCLUDE THE CHARGE CARD! The item has age discoloration, edge/corner wear, "old book" odor and stains etc., but overall is in good used, vintage condition, I don't see any tears, but there are perforations where the card was held.
