VTG GOLDEN LIGHT COFFEE TIN 1 LB KEY-WIND CAN AMARILLO, TEXAS UNOPENED BUT EMPTY

Description: Offered here is a vintage "key-wind" style coffee can made of tin or steel. NOTE: THE CAN APPEARS UNOPENED, BUT IT IS EMPTY. There is a round spot of glue(?) on the center bottom. Also a spot of putty painted silver on the top. I assume small holes were made on the top & bottom, and the contents were emptied. Then the holes were sealed. The can has tin litho graphics, which read: "GOLDEN LIGHT COFFEE...Drip Grind...ONE POUND NET...GOLDEN LIGHT COFFEE COMPANY - AMARILLO, TEXAS." It measures 4 inches tall, and is 5 inches wide. The condition is GOOD. Aside from the repaired top & bottom holes, the can has some scratches, paint nicks, fine scuffs and a some rust specks here & there. There are some tiny "overspray" paint specks in a small area, that someone appears to have tried to scrub off. There is some FADING to the gold strip at the top & bottom of one side. Overall, the flaws are not too distracting, and the can still displays very nicely. This regional can from the Texas Panhandle seldom turns up, even here on eBay.
