Comes with original plug and original Forstoria tag. Waffle iron heats up as it should (see pics) As it heats up so does the burnt on grease INSIDE unit..therefore starts to smoke. I won't open that part up to clean: So NEEDS CLEANING on the INSIDE of unit. . The grids are mostly cleaned.
