Double patent date on box and board label. Single patent date on interior of board. Green textured board surface. This appears to be the a matching set of board and box based on this label. Seven composite colored player pieces boat, dog, pig, car, train, elephant, shoe. I believe there is one missing player piece as game instructions indicate 2-8 players. 12 Red wood hotels with gold lettering Grand Hotel. 32 green wood houses. 2 dice, they are different colors. I do not know if both die are original. 16 community chest cards, 16 chance cards. 22 property cards, 4 railroad cards, 2 utility cards. Instruction booklet and quick instruction short game sheet.
