Made approximately in the United States in 1960, this group includes 4 dinner plates, 5 side / salad plates, and 3 dessert / side bowls, all in a classic black and white atomic pattern on white china. The rounded off square-ish shape and atomic design pattern adds a touch of fun and futuristic flair to your dining experience. My first thought when I removed them from a trunk that had been in storage for 50 years was that of an Art Deco Jack -O Lantern face! Condition: these were used and have some utensil marks/scratches. ONE dinner plate has a chip on the backside edge, and ONE side plate has 2 very small minor flecked chips on its backside rim. All of these could be filled/sealed. There is some hardwater scaling noted mostly on the backs of some pieces and they would benefit from a good long soak in a strong vinegar solution to remove it. I found these on a major replacements' website as their MCM pop design is still quite desirable (last photo for your reference).
