Description: I offer for your consideration this bit of WWI Militia History. I am no expert, but some research and feedback suggest these binoculars date back to WWI. The U.S. Navy and the serial number engraved suggest that they were loaned to the Navy under the “Eyes for the Navy” program. These Binoculars are in solid working condition mechanically and fair condition cosmetically. There are some scratches from use. You won't come across WW I Militia items this nice often so don't let this one “End Up In The Wrong Hands”!
