It was only worn once so pretty much as new. The suit was handmade in the UK by an old and long gone department store called C&A - this was from their Canda range which was their premium product. The suit in the photos is the one that you'll recieve. As you can see it inches original pure silk bow tie and cummerbund which were purchased at the same time (these are worth 40 alone!) It's been safely stored in a wardrobe for over fifty years and looks just as fresh as the day it was made! Difficult to price as nothing like this has appeared on the market but used ones sell for around 70. If you're looking for something totally unique then this is it - you'll never see another one of these elsewwhere - someone out there is going to get a serious bargain. The suit comes in black wool with a contrast satin shawl lapel. The collar and fit are a fantastic representation of classic design features of the 60's. The fabric is very thick so it's about 3 x as heavy as a modern suit.
