Item has been customized and hemmed. There is about 3 inches of hem that can be let out if you are taller. As for the waist, it has been hemmed to a size 26-27 and there is no inside brand tag, just a cleaning direction and original size tag. It may actually be in centimeters on the tag. Not sure about that one. But inches measurements are in photos and specs.
