Description: Up for sale is this fine example of a vintage Japanese Platinum brand compact/pocket pen. Nib is in great shape, please see the included writing sample. The pen has been thoroughly cleaned and warm-water flushed to the best of my ability, but was not fully disassembled and deep cleaned, so there may be a tiny amount of residual ink left in it. The original ink was dark blue, so if you're planning on running blue or black ink in this then you should have absolutely no problems anyway. This pen came with an empty ink cartridge which has also been cleaned and I will include it in case you can refill and reuse it. Please note, the cartridge fits pretty snugly, and requires a little bit of force to remove and re-install. There is very little scratching and normal wear on the pen otherwise, I think it is in great condition. This pen will be carefully packed and shipped USPS ground advantage, which will be included ("free") in the purchase price. All reasonable offers will be considered.
