Has dirt, rust, coating loss, and scratches. It does adjust well. Opens to approx. 3". Teeth are intact but do have some wear to them. Needs a good cleaning and oiling. I do not know how well this would clean up or actually function. Measures approx. 13 1/2" long extended out straight. Item was acquired from a local estate. It is AS FOUND/AS IS!!
