Description: Here's an odd item for your percussion collection - a vintage Beat Stick one man band instrument, made by Noble & Cooley in Granville, Massachusetts. It consists of an 8" tambourine like head on a stick with rubber tips on each end so you can bounce it on the ground to sound the jingles and bells. There are wooden beads on string that you can pluck to sound the drum. Certainly a coversation piece! 42" tall. Good condition overall, some wear, light corrosion on metal, small tear in drum head, see all photos.
