She does need a good cleaning. She is wearing an original 1966 dress the dress needs to be washed, but it does not appear to have very many stains. It actually appears to be in good condition other than just dirty with general age, she has her original shoes and socks other than the compartment lid for the door. She really appears to be in good condition.
