😯 Vintage Loetz Style Hand Blown Glass Vase Decanter, Marked Pontil, Victorian?

Description: Here is a Gorgeous Vintage Loetz Style Glass Vase Decanter. -About 6" inches in every direction -Solid, Heavy Piece. 3.25 pounds! *Base glass is actually an "Avocado" Green with some darker swirling. *Appearance is Blue with some varying blue ribbons. With tones of purple & almost black. It has some matte iridescent "oiling", like Loetz, but it's not super dominant. (The neck to top of the base) It was not easy trying to get some of the cool coloring to show up in the pictures! -Glass is artisan textured "scaled" around the base. -Some normal surface marks/wear, mostly around lip. Minimal. *I did not see or feel any chips, nicks, or cracks, & it looks to be in Great Condition! *The Pontil is Marked! But I couldn't make it out definitively. ... I can't tell if it is a studio mark, initials, or even a monogram. **It almost looks like an "HH" from 1 angle, but sometimes it looks like a 3-initial monogram. .. I've included Pics from several angles. Maybe someone recognizes this thing? & hopefully they tell me if it's a more Valuable piece!! ... *I think it's a Victorian Era piece, but I can't be sure without a positive ID. Could be Czech, or even French or Italian. (I looked through alotta marks. ) Overall, VERY COOL PIECE OF GLASS! PLEASE Refer to the PHOTOS for your BEST DESCRIPTION!
