Description: Lovely vintage set of 4 cups and saucers from Union Ceramique in Limoges France. I believe the mark dates this set to between 1909 and 1938. These cups and saucers have a swag and wreath design featuring pink roses, and trimmed in gold. The saucers measure 5 3/8" in diameter, and the cups are 3 1/2" in diameter. The handle add about 7/8" to the size of the cup. The cups stand 2 1/8" tall and hold about 4 Fl ounces. The cups and saucers are in very good condition, with no chips, cracks or repairs. There are a few areas of wear to the gold, most notably the base of the cup handles, also there is a small area of pattern loss on the edge of one of the saucers.
