Description: This is a vintage ladies hat. It is a round circle with velour material covering it. It has fur around the top edge. I am not 100% sure if this fur is mink. I looked up how to determine if it is. From what I read I would guess that it is. Meets the descriptions. There is a velour bow on the front and back. It has face netting all the way around the hat. As you can see, it has folds and bends from storage. I did not see any damage to this netting. Measures 18.5 inches on the inside of the band. This is a cool vintage hat.
