Description: Vintage KitchenAid Hobart Electric Housewares Recipes Instructions Booklet - GUC Used - Good Used Condition. All 44 pages are in tact as well as original front and back covers. Only the warranty registration card is missing from the front cover. There was originally a perforated tear out card that owners would remove from the book to register their warranty with KitchenAid. Original owner wrote the date "5-28-74" in ink on the insider front cover (most likely their mixer purchase date). There are a few food stains on back cover and on several of the pages near the center binding. Also cover has separated from the lower staple and is slightly loose (see pictures). No tape. Overall good condition for its age, printed August 1973. In the early 1970s, when you purchased a brand new KitchenAid mixer manufactured by Hobart, you got this 44 page recipes and instructions booklet included with your mixer. It was also sold in book and kitchen stores for $.50. It covered the models 4C, K-45 and K5-A and all of their optional attachments. Ask questions prior to purchase as there are no returns.
