Description: THANKS FOR CHECKING OUT MY AUCTION. PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION AND MY POLICIES BEFORE PLACING YOUR BID. Check out my other items!Be sure to add me to your favorites list! This listing is for a vintage triple band tenor saxophone ligature. It is unmarked, but I am positive this was made by H.N. White Co./King. These were included as a stock ligature with H.N. White Co. saxophones for several decades, beginning in the 1920's. This is probably a fairly early one. It will fit the older fat body hard rubber stock mouthpieces that were popular in the pre-WWII era. This ligature is in fair used condition. It does have some minor stress cracks on the interior, opposite two of the screw sockets. I don't think they will be an issue, as long as you refrain from over-tightening the screws. Other than that, it is in good shape. It has not been bent out of shape. The screws are original and work properly. It looks like it was originally silver plated, but that has basically all worn off, leaving it mostly bare brass. Please feel free to message me with any questions. 10/24/24-1-F
