The eyes have incredible details, and the silk skin is perfect, never having been exposed to daylight or smoke.Every material, from the soft silk kimonos to ter metallic silk embroidered obis, is in great condition. One geisha is dressed in soft blue, and carries a "samisen" 3-stringed instrument to perform for guests at a private tea house. Her sister wears a deep plum color kimono and carries a branch of flowers.This pair is a real find for fans of the "Nishi" style doll.
