Description: 2 Antique Iver Johnson Bicycle Cad Armored 28" Street Racing Wood Wheel Rims ( A Pair ) Lobdell? This is a Pair (2) of Nice Vintage Armored Chrome Cad Covered Wood Rims off a Iver Johnson Truss Racer Bicycle that came with road racer 28" x 1" tubular tires. I don't know if these are Lobdell or Not, as they are completely covered in steel, The Rims are the narrow road racing profile that is slightly over 1" wide for use with 28"x 1" tubular tires. Rims are in Good shape, used, solid, with Good Patina, some dull spots, shows some wear and rust in spots, and may have small dents, pretty clean, real good structural integrity, used not abused. Both Rims are 36 Hole. Good shape for close to 80 year old rims. I have included plenty of pictures for your inspection. Auction is for a Pair of rims, thats 2 rims.
