The outside bottom has brown felt glued on. This was part of Indiana Glass "Confections" series in the 1970s. The measurements are 5 inches tallest point x 7 inches long x 6-1/2 inches wide x 1-3/4th inches deep inside bottom end. No designer hallmarks.
