Vintage IDEAL TOY CORP 1972 Baby Crissy Growing Hair Doll GHB-H-225

Description: This vintage BABY CRISSY doll, manufactured by Ideal Toy Corp in 1972, is a charming addition to any vintage doll collection. This 24-inch doll has straight red hair, black fixed-open eyes, long lashes, blushed cheeks, a light complexion, and blush-colored lips . She comes with removable clothes and soft foam-filled limbs, making her perfect for imaginative play. She needs a new home and a child to love her and play with her! This item is in Very Good "pre-owned" condition based on age and prior child play. Her body is in overall good shape, but there is some cracking around her belly button. The doll has a rivet and pull string on her back originally used to shorten the hair after it was pulled out long. The string and finger loop are still present, but the string has been pulled so hard that it ripped an inch slit above the rivet holding the string, and the string hangs down to her waist. I have not tried to lengthen or shorten the hair. She is dressed in a green and white checkered dress, ruffled panties, a diaper, and lace anklets. She is sold "as is." Please see photos .
