The ratchet was torn down--cleaned & re-oiled. It measures approx. 15" long. It has some finish loss and wear marks from use. I found No previous owner's marks. The 15" ratchets are harder to find. This ratchet may have some scratches, scrapes, nicks, wear marks, finish loss & dirt from age, storage & previous use. PLEASE be sure to see my pictures as they are a part of my description.
