Description: Vintage original watercolor painting by listed artist Joseph (J) Newman. New York 1890- 1979. Is signed and framed. The artwork itself is 16 inches long by 11 3/4 high approximate. The frame is 20“ x 14“ approximate. I purchased this unframed. The paper is extremely delicate so I sandwiched it in an existing frame that I had just to keep it safe. The stain on the back of the frame was there long before the picture was put into it. It is laying on top of the matting under the glass. Hence, some of the uneven edges. needs to be professionally matted. I like the way it looks the way it is but feel free to reframe it. Good condition overall. Frame is alittle worn but watercolor is very good. This artist worked in oil and watercolor. Shipping to Continental USA
