In 1938, a young French family packed, boarded the Île de France and sailed to the US to avoid the expected enemy invasion. They brought many of their treasured items. Laundered and carefully folded, items were packed into a trunk, with satin sachets tucked in, where they remained until very recently. We are offering it just as it came out of the trunk. (There is a fragrance due to the sachets, so if you are sensitive to scents we recommend that you pass this by.).
