Description: Up for auction is a Vintage Custom Massive Bowie Knife with Ebony wood Coffin shaped Grips Trimmed in Brass with a 9 3/4 inch unmarked blade.....has modern metal and leather scabbard made in an old style.....this is a massive weighty Bowie Knife with an awesome shape and style to the blade.....not sure of exact age of knife but you can tell by construction that it is a custom made piece not a machine made mass produced piece....has a notch on bottom of blade where you can safely lock finger in in front of cross guard for heavy thrusting.....blade has discoloration from storage and age....scabbard has some wear to leather areas but not bad.....blade is thick and full tang construction.....has has a few minor hairline cracks but very solid....coffin shaped handle looks to be made of dark ebony wood with brass trim including nice ribbed brass trim between wood handle and tang giving nice look....nice massive Bowie Knife for your collection and being custom made kind of a one of a kind piece....knife measures overall about 14 1/2 inches long.....knife just has the look.......will ship to the US only for 15.50 shipping cost.....Thanks
