Description: Vintage COLLINS COMPANY BRUSH AXE, SIGNED * Marked on the side of the head: THE COLLINS COMPANY MADE IN U.S.A. * The axe weighs just over 4 pounds 2 ounces by itself * The axe measures 39" long * The head measures 12" long from the heel to the top of the curve * The yellow handle is 34-1/4" long and still has some bits of the original Collins label (see next to last picture) * CONDITION: - The axe is in very good condition, clean and with a nice patina from age - The cutting edge is in very good condition with no dings, but it could use a little sharpening - There is some light pitting on the head visible in the pictures - The handle has loss some of the yellow paint, but otherwise is in very good condition * Please look closely at our pictures as they are part of our description * ADDITIONAL INFO: - SHIPPING: * Buyer pays postage * This item can be picked up here in Coventry, CT at no charge. * Or it will be shipped within 1 business day after receipt of payment via USPS Ground Advantage Mail * 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED!
