Description: A mid-century white clutch purse with sequins and beads offered by Snowdrift Antiques. This vintage clutch is from the 1950s. It doesn’t have a maker’s tag but does have its “MADE IN JAPAN” on the inside. It is beautifully done with iridescent sequins and round white pearls in a diamond pattern. The interior is a white rayon with a single snap for closing. Inside is a small mirror pocket. It measures 8 ½ inches across the bottom by 4 ½ inches tall. This clutch is in excellent vintage condition. It has no stains on it. I have looked it over carefully and remarkably find no missing beads or sequins. It is clean on the inside with some light grey foxing to the cream colored satin lining. At about 70 years old I would have to guess it hasn’t been out much. It is pretty clutch purse ready to get out into the world.
