I see no signature on the base. The bottom is marked 1998 and the left sole of the shoe is marked Byers also. This Charming Caroler would make a Great Addition to any Vintage Christmas / Holiday Display. This Vintage Byer's Caroler is part of a large collection of Carolers that I will be listing. Please continue to watch our site to see what we list next. Size: 3 3/4" Tall - 4" Wide at base Condition: - Fair to Good Overall Used Condition. The clothing shows what I would describe as minimal wear. There is some nipping to the bottom base and seated dog. The dolls hair is messy and some of the hair has adhered to the face (see pictures). I have made no attempt to remove or move the hair. Please see the pictures to view the condition of the item for yourself.
