Description: This Vintage Book is a rare find as well as it was published by Blakistone Company and not Doubleday. The Razor's Edge by W. Somerset Maugham and published by The Blakistone Company in 1944. I believe this is a first edition but I caution that I am not a professional book appraiser and I cannot make any guarantees based on my opinion. There is no dust jacket. Exterior covers and spine are in good condition with normal signs of wear and tear. The gold embossed printing on spine is wearing a bit and there is normal wear on edges of front cover but corners are in great shape considering the age. All pages appear to be present with no dog-eared, torn, mildew or water damaged pages evident. No name writing or marks inside or out. The binding is strong and should provide many years of use and reading. This book would be a great addition to any Maugham collection.
