It's in nice shape for its age, with some tanning to the interior and a bit of wear to the cover, but overall complete and easily legible. I'm by no means a professional grader, but I have been collecting comic books for over 20 years, and have seen my fair share of good, bad and worse condition books, magazines and other ephemera. I'm also a very harsh critic of things like this, I'd rather be surprised by a higher professional grading result than disappointed by a lower one.
