The rotary dial works, and the phone is untested. I do not see any chips or cracks on the Bakelite portion of the phone. The back area where them wall cord plugs into is missing a portion of the plastic. Therefore, this phone is sold as a collectable display. On the underside of the phone, there is a date of 05/73, which I presume is the date that the phone was manufactured. The phone displays the normal wear and tear of a daily use phone.
