Absolutely nothing comes up. I could only find the patent application from March 14, 1939 and granted March 19, 1940. Patent number 2,193,793. Made by P.H. Atherley, Kentfield, California. Opens up and locks into place showing hip, jack , common rafter measurements and also pitch indicators. I am not sure how to interpret the results but professionals will. Item is in very nice shape. Measures inches long. Marked No. 1024 which I assume is the number in production. Some light scratches from use (see photos) I took a bunch of pictures so look over them carefully.
