Made of durable, waterproof vinyl over a plastic grid work. The gridwork allows the option of tethering the alligator so it didn't get away from you. They're is a foam pipe insulation type material lining the grid work to keep it afloat and balanced. The grid work hinges open in center to allow this to be changed if the need ever arises.
