Stretch mesh with solid fabric lines that match the fabric of skirt. The skirt itself is circular type, starting at the hip. Accentuates your waist. There is no bulk. This is a one owner dress that was worn only once. Full zipper in back. No damage or wear., waist measures 14” across for a size 28. Underarm to underarm measures 16” for a 36” bust. Since the fabric is stretchy on top? There is some extra room to be had. A great looking dress. Last shipping day before holiday is Dec. 20.
