Description: Outstanding, Vintage 1980s Dress designed in Black / White stripes and polka dots with a drop waist defined with a sash and a zippered enclosure in the back. There is an attached, black slip under the chiffon outer layer. The spaghetti strap has come unsewn (pic with safety pin), but this is minor and an easy fix. This certainly takes one back in time with it's 80s style design. The designer tag was removed years ago, but the official ILGWU tag is still intact. Therefore, I cannot tell you the true maker, size or even the material content for certain. I measured it myself and this is what I got: shoulder to shoulder 17"Bust 44" aroundLength from front neckline to bottom of dress 45" These measurements are approximate, as I am definitely no expert on measuring clothing.
