Description: Vintage 1980s Christmas Advent Calendar Victorian House and Toy Store New Old Store Stock. Absolutely Beautiful Advent Calendar made in West Germany. #115783 by Korsch & Verlag and signed by B. Kohler. The roof has chimneys with swirling smoke rising from them. To light up the inside of the Advent Calendar I use a battery powered pop up light. Behind each window or door is a small picture decoration which you open on each day from Dec. 1 to Christmas Day. Total of 24 windows/doors. No chips, nicks, rip, cracks or scratches. In exceptional condition; looks fantastic for its age. House side walls measures 5 inches tall. Abt 9 inches’ front and back house walls; 6 5/8 inches wide. Mailing envelop comes with it. This Advent Calendar would look nice on a mantle or as a center piece. The roof has chimneys with swirling smoke rising from them. One chimney has a black bird sitting on it; the other has 2 love birds and lots of sparkling silver glitter. A dormer window can be seen on each side topped off with decorative finials. To light up the inside of the Advent Calendar I use a battery powered pop up light which can be obtained from most hardware stores. Behind each window or door is a small picture decoration which you open on each day from December 1 to Christmas Day. A total of 24 windows or doors. One end of house has a front door with a wreath and children looking out the window. The back door shows a sled and Snowman. Upstairs windows have a parrot and a lady. The Toy Store side shows drum, doll and baby Bram. The other side of the house has a Coachman and open carriage with 2 horses. One window has a small child and the other a lady with a candle lantern. No chips, nicks, rip, cracks or scratches. In exceptional condition and looks fantastic for its age. House side walls measures 5 inches tall. Abt 9 inches front and back house walls; 6 5/8 inches wide. Mailing envelop comes with it. This Advent Calendar would look nice on a mantle or as a center piece.
