Description: Vintage 1950's 23" Metal Parts Cabinet & In-store Advertising Sign for National Wheel Bearing Oil Seals Size: 22 1/2" tall, 16 1/4" wide, 5 3/8" deep.It has 9 separated compartments. The cabinet was manufactured by Advertising Display Company - Made in U.S.A. for Federal-Mogul-Bower Bearings, Inc. which was a subsidiary of Federal-Mogul Corporation, which specialized in the production of bearings and other related products. The company was formed in 1955 after Federal-Mogul acquired the Bower Roller Bearing Company. Very good condition, a small ding on the back (see photo) and a few very light scratches, but the condition is much better than its age would typically have. From a Small town shop that was once a busy auto repair business in the 1950-80's, but evolved into just a parts store since the 90's. I found it in a darkened corner filled with dust and a large assortment of seals still inside (seals not included with this sale). It cleaned up to reveal its wonderful condition and is now ready to create memories for you in its new home.
