It is in very good condition for its age, with some tarnish on the blade and a minor chip in the wood of the handle. It has a 3/4 tang, and a wood handle held solidly by 2 pins or rivets. This knife is from a naval maritime museum, Leith Docks, Edinburgh, Scotland. This listing is for the knife only. There is no sheath or box.
