This will also fit the Norpro 1951 sauce master, The villaware 300 food strainer, the Back to Basics model 200, and the Universal food strainer #800. The spiral is Orange in color, and is 6 3/4" long, with a diameter of 1 1/2" at the wide section, and 1" in diameter at the narrow section. The spiral fits onto the shaft and acts as an auger to move food through the screen, it usually needs to be replaced if the only one is cracked or the spiral is stripped where the shaft fits into it. Will replace part #s 1951-8, 300-12, 2027, 200-6a or 800-12
