Description: This is a refined and lovely moulded relief, dust-pressed tile with bright glazes in a striking palette of buttery yellow, deep sienna and pine green with subtle crazing throughout. The floral and swag motif is very eye-catching and the detail is amazing, down to the delicate blossoms along the raised borders. Marked "England", unknown tile maker. Circa early 1900's. This listing is for ONE TILE. Good condition, very minor wear. Measures 6" x 3" x 3/8" thick. We just learned from a good client that this tile was made by Henry Richards Tile Company of England, c.1898-1920.
